Fabian Garcia is Chief Operating Officer of Colgate-Palmolive Company, with operating responsibility for Colgate Europe and strategic leadership for Global Innovation and Growth, responsible for Global Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain and Research & Development.

Mr. Garcia joined Colgate in 2003 as President of the Asia Pacific Division, where he led Colgate’s successful efforts to accelerate growth in the region. Under his leadership, the division produced strong and sustained volume, sales and market share performance and new Consumer Innovation Centers were established in China and India.

In 2007, Mr. Garcia was promoted to Executive Vice President, President Latin America and Global Sustainability. There he led Colgate’s operations throughout the division, the Company’s largest source of sales and profits, driving consistent sales, volume and profit growth during difficult economic times. Mr. Garcia was also instrumental in guiding Colgate’s Global Sustainability strategy.

Prior to joining Colgate, Mr. Garcia was Senior Vice President of International Operations for the Timberland Company. His extensive experience also includes serving as President, Asia Pacific Region for Chanel, based in Singapore.

Mr. Garcia’s career began at Procter & Gamble in Venezuela, and included diverse brand management assignments, country manager responsibilities in Colombia and Taiwan, and Division Category leadership for Cosmetics and Fragrances in P&G Far East, based in Kobe, Japan.

Mr. Garcia was elected to the Board of Directors of the Kimberly Clark Corporation in June 2011.

Mr. Garcia holds a BS degree in chemical engineering from Simon Bolivar University. He was elected a Corporate Officer in 2003.

SAP

Jim Fields is Vice President of Strategic Industries for North America Marketing at SAP, the world’s largest business applications software company. In this role, he is responsible for marketing activities targeting SAP’s high growth vertical industries, including Public Services, Retail, Financial Services, and Healthcare.

Jim has more than 20 years of experience in marketing enterprise software and a track record of developing customer-facing programs that generated significant pipeline and revenue for SAP. In his previous role as senior director of Large Enterprise Marketing responsible for the eastern region of the United States, Jim launched several innovative programs, including the strategic marketing model for events that has been adopted globally at SAP. He also conceived of and launched many programs that have been embraced by SAP sales teams as a way to add value in deal negotiations and demonstrate SAP’s customer-centric culture.

Prior to this position, Jim held various leadership roles within the marketing organizations of Unisys Corporation, EMAX Solution Partners/SciQuest, Inc and Adage Systems Internaional/SCT, Inc., (now part of Infor). Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
